Proposed New Scout Building at 501 Bishport Avenue.

As well as providing new high quality shopping facilities and around 350 new jobs, the development will also provide a comprehensive package of regeneration benefits.

These include

• New community building, which will be owned and managed by the Hartcliffe and Withywood Community Partnership
  
  
• New replacement scout hut at 501 Bishport Avenue for the 81st Scout Group

• New money for community transport, off-site youth provision, and training; and
  
  
• Artworks to be designed in consultation with local people
